Wholemeal Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients

  • Atta Flour (1 cup)
  • Olive Oil (¼ cup)
  • Salt (¼ teaspoon)
  • Water (¼ cup)

Method 

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix all ingredients well and roll dough to 3mm thick.
  3. Cut into desired shapes and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

材料

  • 全麦面粉(1 杯)
  • 橄榄油(¼ 杯)
  • 盐(¼ 茶匙)
  • 水(¼ 杯)

方法

  1. 预热烤箱至170度。
  2. 将所有的材料搅拌均匀,擀至3毫米厚。
  3. 切所要的形状,烤15–20分钟至金黄色即可。
