Aenon Atta Flour 全麦面粉 (500g)

Atta is Hindi for wholemeal wheat flour. Produced as a result of a special milling process, Atta flour is the less recognised ingredient in the chapatis, puris, tandoori rotis, and other Indian breads that we love so well. Despite being wholemeal, Atta flour has a finer textured as compared to whole wheat flour, and makes delicious and soft breads, cakes, and muffins!
