Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Atta Flour (1 cup)
  • Water (½ cup)
  • Olive Oil (½ cup)
  • Salt (½ teaspoon)
  • Potatoes, cubed (4 pieces)
  • Mixed Vegetables (½ cup)
  • Onion, sliced (1 piece)
  • Cashew Paste (2 tablespoons)
  • Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)

Method 

  1. Place atta flour, salt, water and olive oil into a bowl, mix well into a dough and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry onions, mixed vegetables and steamed potatoes.
  3. Add salt, soy sauce and cashew paste. Mix well and cook under low heat.
  4. Roll dough flat and cut into 4 circles using a bowl
  5. Place dough onto pie mould and place filling inside, then cover with second piece of dough.
  6. Bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  • 全麦面粉(1 杯)
  • 水(½ 杯)
  • 橄榄油(½ 杯)
  • 盐(½ 茶匙)
  • 马铃薯,切块(4 粒)
  • 杂菜豆(½ 杯)
  • 洋葱,切片(1 粒)
  • 腰果酱(2 汤匙)
  • 酱油(1 汤匙)

方法

  1. 将全麦面粉,盐,水和橄榄油放入碗,搅拌均匀,揉成生面团,备用。
  2. 炒洋葱,杂菜豆和蒸熟的马铃薯。
  3. 加入盐,酱油和腰果酱。拌均匀,以小火煮。
  4. 将生面团推平,用碗切成4个圆形。
  5. 将面团放入摸具,放入馅料,然后用第二片面团盖。
  6. 以170度烤15-20分钟至金黄色即可。
