Ingredients
- Chickpeas (½ cup)
- Quinoa (¾ cup)
- Water (1 cup)
- Onion (1 pc)
- Coriander (⅓ cup)
- Paprika Powder (1 tsp)
- Cumin (1 tsp)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
Method
- Cook quinoa in water. When water starts to boil, lower the heat and leave until cooked.
- Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil for 15 minutes before use.
- Blend all ingredients well.
- Place mixture on baking tray and form 8 patties.
- Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
