Chickpea Quinoa Patty Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas (½ cup)
  • Quinoa (¾ cup)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Onion (1 pc)
  • Coriander (⅓ cup)
  • Paprika Powder (1 tsp)
  • Cumin (1 tsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Garlic Powder (1 tsp)

Method

  1. Cook quinoa in water. When water starts to boil, lower the heat and leave until cooked.
  2. Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil for 15 minutes before use.
  3. Blend all ingredients well.
  4. Place mixture on baking tray and form 8 patties.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.

  • 藜麦(¾ 杯)
  • 水(1 杯)
  • 洋葱(1 粒)
  • 芫荽(⅓ 杯)
  • 灯笼椒粉(1 茶匙)
  • 小茴香粉(1 茶匙)
  • 盐(1 茶匙)
  • 大蒜粉(1 茶匙)

方法

  1. 煮藜麦与水。当水开始沸腾,关小火至煮熟。
  2. 将马豆用水泡隔夜。使用前先煮15分钟。
  3. 将所有的材料搅拌均匀。
  4. 将混合物放入烤盘,弄成8个扁圆形肉饼。
  5. 以170度烤20分钟至金黄色。
