Pastry
- Yam (1 (300g))
- Cashew Milk (1 (300g))
- Corn Starch (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (¼ teaspoon)
Coating
- Breadcrumbs (½ cup)
Filling
- Green Peas (1 tablespoon)
- Turnip (¼ cup)
- Carrot (¼ cup)
- Water (½ cup)
- Salt (¼ teaspoon)
- Black bean sauce (1 teaspoon)
- Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon)
- Corn Starch (2 tablespoons)
- Nutritional Yeast (1 teaspoon)
Method
- Pastry: Remove yam skin, dice and steam. Mash until smooth. Add in cashew milk, corn starch, salt and mix well.
- Filling: Dice turnip and carrot. Stir-fry turnip, green peas and carrot for a few minutes, add in soy sauce, black bean sauce, salt, nutritional yeast and stir-fry until cooked. Thicken with corn starch.
- Divide the pastry into 5 portions and mould them into balls. Press flat and wrap in the filling. Coat with bread crumbs and place on baking tray.
- Preheat the oven and bake at 170°C for 10 minutes.

馅料
- 青豆(1 汤匙)
- 沙葛(¼ 杯)
- 胡萝卜(¼ 杯)
- 水(½ 杯)
- 盐(¼ 茶匙)
- 黑大豆酱(1 茶匙)
- 酱油(1 茶匙)
- 玉米淀粉(2 汤匙)
- 营养酵母(1 茶匙)
方法
- 饼皮:芋头去皮,切丁蒸熟。压成泥状。加入腰果奶,玉米淀粉,盐,拌匀。
- 馅料:沙葛与胡萝卜切丁。炒沙葛,青豆和胡萝卜几分钟,加入酱油,黑大豆酱,营养酵母调味,再加入玉米淀粉水勾芡。
- 将饼皮的芋泥分成5等份,每份捏成球状,压扁包上馅料做出圆饼,然后沾上面包碎,排于烤盘上。
- 烤炉预热,以170度烤10分钟。
