Ingredients
- Lotus Root (1 piece)
- Nutritional Yeast (½ tablespoon)
- TVP (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
- Honey (½ tablespoon)
- Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic (4 cloves)
- Red Capsicum (1 teaspoon)
- Green Capsicum (1 teaspoon)
Method
- Slice lotus root into thin slices and chop the capsicum into small pieces.
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add some garnishes on top before serving.
