Lotus Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lotus Root (1 piece)
  • Nutritional Yeast (½ tablespoon)
  • TVP (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Honey (½ tablespoon)
  • Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (4 cloves)
  • Red Capsicum (1 teaspoon)
  • Green Capsicum (1 teaspoon)

Method

  1. Slice lotus root into thin slices and chop the capsicum into small pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Add some garnishes on top before serving.

  • 植物组织蛋白(1 茶匙)
  • 盐(1 茶匙)
  • 柠檬汁(1 汤匙)
  • 蜂蜜(½ 汤匙)
  • 黑大豆酱(1 汤匙)
  • 蒜米(4 瓣)
  • 红灯笼椒(1 茶匙)
  • 青灯笼椒(1 茶匙)

方法

  1. 将莲藕切薄片,辣椒切小块。
  2. 将所有材料放入搅拌碗中,搅拌均匀。
  3. 上桌前在上面添加一些装饰。
