Ingredients
- Potatoes, steamed & chopped (6 pieces)
- Broccoli (½ piece)
- Onion, chopped (1 piece)
- Garlic, chopped (5 cloves)
- Mushroom, minced (1 piece)
- Spring Onion, chopped (some)
- Water (2 cups)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Basil Leaves (some)
Method
- Stir-fry onion, mushrooms and garlic until fragrant, then add nutritional yeast, water and spring onion.
- Place potatoes into a bowl and mash well.
- Add broccoli, mushroom mixture, salt, black bean sauce, olive oil and basil leaves. Mix well.
- Form into balls or thick patties.
- Bake at 170˚C for 10 minutes.

- 弄成球状或饼。
- 以170度烤10分钟。
