Potato Broccoli Delight Recipe

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, steamed & chopped (6 pieces)
  • Broccoli (½ piece)
  • Onion, chopped (1 piece)
  • Garlic, chopped (5 cloves)
  • Mushroom, minced (1 piece)
  • Spring Onion, chopped (some)
  • Water (2 cups)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Basil Leaves (some)

Method

  1. Stir-fry onion, mushrooms and garlic until fragrant, then add nutritional yeast, water and spring onion.
  2. Place potatoes into a bowl and mash well.
  3. Add broccoli, mushroom mixture, salt, black bean sauce, olive oil and basil leaves. Mix well.
  4. Form into balls or thick patties.
  5. Bake at 170˚C for 10 minutes.

  • 黑大豆酱(1 汤匙)
  • 营养酵母(1 汤匙)
  • 橄榄油(1 汤匙)
  • 罗勒叶(少许)

方法

  1. 将洋葱,香菇和蒜米爆香,加入营养酵母,水和大葱。
  2. 将马铃薯放入碗里,捣烂。
  3. 加入西兰花,炒香菇,盐,黑大豆酱,橄榄油和罗勒叶。拌均匀。
  4. 弄成球状或饼。
  5. 以170度烤10分钟。
