Black Sauce Pumpkin Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin (5 slices)
  • Garlic slices (2 cloves)
  • Ginger, ground (1 teaspoon)
  • Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Molasses (1 tablespoon)
  • Coconut Milk (2 tablespoons)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)

Method 

  1. Place garlic, ginger, water, brown sugar, black bean sauce and molasses into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in olive oil and pumpkin slices.
  3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in coconut milk and cook until pumpkin softens.

材料

  • 南瓜(5 片)
  • 蒜片(2 瓣)
  • 姜,磨碎(1 茶匙)
  • 黄糖(1 汤匙)
  • 水(1 杯)
  • 黑大豆酱(1 汤匙)
  • 黑糖蜜(1 汤匙)
  • 椰奶(2 汤匙)
  • 橄榄油(1 汤匙)

方法

  1. 将蒜片,姜,水,黄糖,黑大豆酱和黑糖蜜煮开。
  2. 加入橄榄油和南瓜片。
  3. 焖煮5分钟。
  4. 加入椰奶,焖煮至南瓜松软。
