Millet Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • Millet (2 cups)
  • Garlic (5 cloves)
  • Onions (2 pcs)
  • Water (4 cups)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Nutritional Yeast (2 tablespoons)
  • Dried Parsley (½ teaspoon)

Method 

  1. Cook millet with water in slow cooker for 3 hours.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion with olive oil, mix with cooked millet, add salt, soy sauce and nutritional yeast.
  3. Place seasoned millet on oven tray, sprinkle dry parsley on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 150°C.

  • 小米(2 杯)
  • 蒜米(5 瓣)
  • 洋葱(2 粒)
  • 水(4 杯)
  • 盐(1 茶匙)
  • 酱油(1 汤匙)
  • 橄榄油(1 汤匙)
  • 营养酵母(2 汤匙)
  • 干欧芹(½ 茶匙)

方法

  1. 将小米和水放入电子砂锅煮3个小时。
  2. 用橄榄油爆香洋葱和蒜米,然后掺入小米饭里,再加盐,酱油和营养酵母拌均匀。
  3. 最后倒入烤盘,撒上干欧芹以150°C烤10分钟即可食用。
