Ingredients
- Millet (2 cups)
- Garlic (5 cloves)
- Onions (2 pcs)
- Water (4 cups)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Nutritional Yeast (2 tablespoons)
- Dried Parsley (½ teaspoon)
Method
- Cook millet with water in slow cooker for 3 hours.
- Sauté garlic and onion with olive oil, mix with cooked millet, add salt, soy sauce and nutritional yeast.
- Place seasoned millet on oven tray, sprinkle dry parsley on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 150°C.
