Vegetable Curry Recipe

Ingredients

  • Carrot, chopped (½ piece)
  • Potatoes, chopped (3 pieces)
  • Tofu, chopped (1 piece)
  • Green Peas (1 tablespoon)
  • Onion, chopped (1 piece)
  • Garlic, chopped (4 cloves)
  • Turmeric Powder (2 teaspoons)
  • Dried Bay Leaf (1 piece)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Water (3 cups)
  • Coconut Milk (1 cup)

Method

  1. Boil water, onion, garlic, carrot, potatoes, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Add bay leaf, mix well and simmer.
  3. Add green peas, tofu and coconut milk. Mix well and simmer.

  • 马铃薯,切块(3 粒)
  • 豆腐,切块(1 条)
  • 青豆(1 汤匙)
  • 洋葱,剁碎(1 粒)
  • 蒜米(4 瓣)
  • 黄姜粉(2 茶匙)
  • 干月桂叶(1 片)
  • 盐(1 茶匙)
  • 水(3 杯)
  • 椰奶(1 杯)

方法

  1. 将水,洋葱,蒜米,胡萝卜,马铃薯,黄姜粉和盐煮开。
  2. 加入月桂叶,拌均,焖煮。
  3. 加入青豆,豆腐和椰奶。拌均匀,焖煮。
