Ingredients
- Carrot, chopped (½ piece)
- Potatoes, chopped (3 pieces)
- Tofu, chopped (1 piece)
- Green Peas (1 tablespoon)
- Onion, chopped (1 piece)
- Garlic, chopped (4 cloves)
- Turmeric Powder (2 teaspoons)
- Dried Bay Leaf (1 piece)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Water (3 cups)
- Coconut Milk (1 cup)
Method
- Boil water, onion, garlic, carrot, potatoes, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add bay leaf, mix well and simmer.
- Add green peas, tofu and coconut milk. Mix well and simmer.

方法
