Steamed Brinjal Recipe

Ingredients

  • Brinjals, sliced & steamed (2 pieces)
  • TVP (1 cup)
  • Onions, chopped (2 pieces)
  • Garlic, chopped (4 cloves)
  • Red Capsicum, chopped (½ piece)
  • Green Capsicum, chopped (½ piece)
  • Spring Onion, chopped (½ cup)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)

Method

  1. Stir-fry onions, garlic, TVP, water, red capsicum, green capsicum, spring onions, nutritional yeast, black bean sauce and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add in brinjal slices and mix well.
  3. Add olive oil and mix well.

  • 水(1 杯)
  • 盐(1 茶匙)
  • 黑大豆酱(1 汤匙)
  • 营养酵母(1 汤匙)
  • 橄榄油(1 汤匙)

方法

  1. 炒洋葱,蒜米,植物组织蛋白,水,红灯笼椒,青灯笼椒,大葱,营养酵母,黑大豆酱和盐。搅拌均匀。
  2. 加入茄子片,搅拌均匀。
  3. 加入橄榄油,搅拌均匀。
