Ingredients
- Brinjals, sliced & steamed (2 pieces)
- TVP (1 cup)
- Onions, chopped (2 pieces)
- Garlic, chopped (4 cloves)
- Red Capsicum, chopped (½ piece)
- Green Capsicum, chopped (½ piece)
- Spring Onion, chopped (½ cup)
- Water (1 cup)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
Method
- Stir-fry onions, garlic, TVP, water, red capsicum, green capsicum, spring onions, nutritional yeast, black bean sauce and salt. Mix well.
- Add in brinjal slices and mix well.
- Add olive oil and mix well.

方法
- 炒洋葱,蒜米,植物组织蛋白,水,红灯笼椒,青灯笼椒,大葱,营养酵母,黑大豆酱和盐。搅拌均匀。
- 加入茄子片,搅拌均匀。
- 加入橄榄油,搅拌均匀。
