Pumpkin Soup Recipe


  • Pumpkin (1 piece)
  • Onion (1 piece)
  • Water (3 cups)
  • Cashews (½ cup)
  • Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)


  1. Place chopped pumpkin, onions, water and cashews into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Place mixture into a blender, then add salt and nutritional yeast.
  3. Blend until smooth.
