Baked Long Beans Recipe

Ingredients

  • Long Beans (7 piece)
  • Almond Spread (1 tablespoon)
  • Soy Sauce (½ teaspoon)
  • Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (½ teaspoon)
  • Water (½ cup)

Method 

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix all ingredients B well.
  3. Dip coiled long beans into the batter, then arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until dry.

  • 酱油(½ 茶匙)
  • 营养酵母(1 汤匙)
  • 盐(½ 茶匙)
  • 水(½ 杯)

方法

  1. 预热烤箱至170度。
  2. 将材料B混合,备用。
  3. 将茄子沾上酱料,然后置于已铺好烤纸的烤盘上。
  4. 在上面撒一些芝麻籽。
  5. 烤约10分钟至干。
