Ingredients
- Brown Rice (3 cups)
- Cashews (1 cup)
- Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Broccoli (1 cup)
- Cauliflower (1 cup)
- Water (1 cup)
- Onion (½ piece)
- Red Capsicum (½ cup)
- TVP (½ cup)
- Salt (2 teaspoon)
- Nutritional Yeast (1½ tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
Method
- Place cashews, water, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt into a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Boil some water and add in the broccoli and cauliflower.
- Scoop up the cooked vegetables into a bowl.
- Stir-fry onion, red capsicum and TVP for a few minutes.
- Add in salt and nutritional yeast.
- Place rice, olive oil and cooked ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add in 1 cup of the blended mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and pour in the rest of the blended mixture.
- Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.

- 将煮熟的菜舀进碗里。
- 炒洋葱,红灯笼椒和植物组织蛋白几分钟。
- 加入盐与营养酵母。
- 将糙米饭,橄榄油和煮熟的菜放入大碗,搅拌均匀。
- 加入一杯搅拌好的混合物,搅拌均匀。
- 将混合物放入烤盘,倒入剩下的搅拌好的混合物。
- 用铝箔盖着,以170度烤20分钟。
