Pumpkin Rice Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • Brown Rice (3 cups)
  • Coriander Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (2 teaspoon)
  • Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Water (6 cups)
  • Onions (100g)
  • Mushrooms (2 pieces)
  • Pumpkin (250g)

Method 

  1. Blend brown rice, salt, nutritional yeast, sesame oil, olive oil and coriander powder until smooth.
  2. Sauté onion and soaked mushroom, then pour in the water in which the mushrooms were soaked.
  3. Add in chopped pumpkin and cook for a few minutes before pouring in the blended mixture. Cook until the mixture is thickened.
  4. Place the thickened mixture into a casserole dish and make the top layer even. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.

  • 芫荽粉(1 茶匙)
  • 营养酵母(1 汤匙)
  • 盐(2 茶匙)
  • 麻油(1 汤匙)
  • 橄榄油(1 汤匙)
  • 水(6 杯)
  • 洋葱(100 克)
  • 香菇(2 粒)
  • 南瓜(250 克)

方法

  1. 将糙米,盐,营养酵母,麻油,橄榄油,芫荽粉搅拌均匀。
  2. 爆香洋葱和浸泡过的香菇,然后倒入用来泡香菇的水。
  3. 加入南瓜,煮几分钟才倒入搅拌好的混合物。煮至混合物变浓稠。
  4. 将浓稠的混合物放入烤盘,将最上层弄平。放入烤箱,以170度烤20分钟。
