Ingredients
- Brown Rice (3 cups)
- Coriander Powder (1 teaspoon)
- Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (2 teaspoon)
- Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Water (6 cups)
- Onions (100g)
- Mushrooms (2 pieces)
- Pumpkin (250g)
Method
- Blend brown rice, salt, nutritional yeast, sesame oil, olive oil and coriander powder until smooth.
- Sauté onion and soaked mushroom, then pour in the water in which the mushrooms were soaked.
- Add in chopped pumpkin and cook for a few minutes before pouring in the blended mixture. Cook until the mixture is thickened.
- Place the thickened mixture into a casserole dish and make the top layer even. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
