Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Noodles (100g)
- Mushrooms (2 pieces)
- TVP (½ cup)
- Onions (1 piece)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Black Bean Sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Molasses (1 tablespoon)
- Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Water (1 cup)
Method
- Stir-fry onions, mushrooms, TVP, nutritional yeast, black bean sauce, molasses, salt and olive oil for a few minutes.
- Add water and cook for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
- Add whole wheat noodles and mix well.
- Place desired garnishes on top.

方法
- 炒洋葱,香菇,植物组织蛋白,营养酵母,黑大豆酱,黑糖蜜,盐和橄榄油几分钟。
- 加入水,煮3-5分钟,然后关火。
- 加入全麦面,拌均匀。
- 加上装饰菜。
