Ingredients
- Lentils (2 cup)
- Water (¼ cup)
- Carrot, diced (1 tablespoon)
- Onions, diced (1 tablespoon)
- Red Capsicum, diced (1 tablespoon)
- Green Capsicum, diced (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon)
- Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon)
Method
- Blend soaked lentils with water until fine.
- Mix in remaining ingredients well.
- Place one scoop on the mixture on a heated non-stick pan.
- Cook both sides over low heat until cooked through.
