Ingredients
- Kidney Beans (2 cups)
- Onion (1 piece)
- Carrot (1 piece)
- Capsicum (½ piece)
- Tomato (1 piece)
- Fresh Basil Leaves (1 handful)
- Celery (1 stalk)
- Tomato Puree (½ cup)
- Brown Sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Water (2 cups)
- Salt (1 tablespoon)
Method
- Fry onion in a wok until fragrant, then add a little water. Add in carrot and tomato and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in cooked kidney beans, tomato puree, celery, capsicum and fresh basil leaves.
- Season beans with brown sugar and salt.

方法
- 将洋葱炒香,加入少许水。加入胡萝卜和番茄,煮5分钟。
- 加入大红豆,蕃茄酱,西芹,灯笼椒与新鲜罗勒叶。
- 加黄糖与盐调味。
