Garlic Sponge Gourd Recipe

Ingredients

  • Kelp, sliced (½ cup)
  • Sponge Gourd, sliced and peeled (1 piece)
  • Garlic (½ cup)
  • Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Goji berries (Some)

Method

  1. Place kelp on a plate, then put sponge gourd slices on top.
  2. Place garlic on top of each of the gourd slices.
  3. Steam for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour soy sauce on top and garnish with goji berries

材料

  • 海带,切片(½ 杯)
  • 丝瓜,去皮,切块(1 条)
  • 蒜米(½ 杯)
  • 酱油(2 汤匙)
  • 枸杞(适量)

方法

  1. 将海带放在盘上,然后放丝瓜在上面。
  2. 放蒜米在每一个丝瓜上。
  3. 蒸5分钟。
  4. 将酱油淋在上面,加上一些枸杞子。
