Ingredients
- Rolled Oats (4 cups)
- Walnuts (1 cup)
- Water (4 cups)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Dried Basil (1 tablespoon)
- Onion Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Coriander Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Sage Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Cumin Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (½ cup)
- Soy Sauce (1 cup)
Method
- Pour water and seasonings into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add in walnuts and mix well.
- Add in rolled oats, mix well, cover and set aside.
- Place mixture on baking tray and flatten on the tray. Cut into suitable sizes.
- Bake at 170°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
