Oat Patty Recipe

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats (4 cups)
  • Walnuts (1 cup)
  • Water (4 cups)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Dried Basil (1 tablespoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Coriander Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Sage Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Cumin Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (½ cup)
  • Soy Sauce (1 cup)

Method

  1. Pour water and seasonings into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in walnuts and mix well.
  3. Add in rolled oats, mix well, cover and set aside.
  4. Place mixture on baking tray and flatten on the tray. Cut into suitable sizes.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

  • 盐(1 茶匙)
  • 干罗勒叶(1 汤匙)
  • 洋葱粉(1 汤匙)
  • 芫荽粉(1 汤匙)
  • 鼠尾草粉(1 汤匙)
  • 莳萝籽粉(1 汤匙)
  • 大蒜粉(2 汤匙)
  • 橄榄油(½ 杯)
  • 酱油(1 杯)

方法

  1. 将水和调味料倒入锅中,煮沸。
  2. 加入核桃,搅拌均匀。
  3. 加入燕麦片,拌匀,盖上盖子待用。
  4. 将混合物放在烤盘上并压平。 切成合适的尺寸。
  5. 以170°C烘烤10-15分钟至金黄色。
