Fried Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Noodles (300g)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Onion (1 piece)
  • Mushroom (1 piece)
  • Carrot (½ piece)
  • Cabbage (½ piece)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)

Method 

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic with water.
  2. Add all other ingredients except the olive oil and stir-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the olive oil last before serving.

  • 全麦面(300 克)
  • 蒜片(2 瓣)
  • 洋葱(1 粒)
  • 香菇(1 粒)
  • 胡萝卜丝(½ 条)
  • 卷心菜丝(½ 粒)
  • 水(1 杯)
  • 盐(1 茶匙)
  • 酱油(1 汤匙)
  • 黑大豆酱(1 汤匙)
  • 橄榄油(1 汤匙)

方法

  1. 把大葱和蒜蓉放入不沾底锅用水爆香。
  2. 加入其他材料炒 2-3 分钟。
  3. 最后加入橄榄油即可。
