- Whole Wheat Noodles (300g)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Onion (1 piece)
- Mushroom (1 piece)
- Carrot (½ piece)
- Cabbage (½ piece)
- Water (1 cup)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Black Bean Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Sauté the onion and garlic with water.
- Add all other ingredients except the olive oil and stir-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the olive oil last before serving.
