Ingredients
- Potatoes (2 cups)
- Carrots (1 cup)
- Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
- Water (½ cup)
- Salt (2 teaspoon)
- Nutritional Yeast (½ cup)
- Grapeseed Oil (⅓ cup)
Method
- Wash and dice peeled potatoes and carrot, then steam about 15 minutes.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Ready to serve.
