Ingredients
Hummus
- Chickpeas (1 cup)
- Almond Spread (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic, chopped (2 cloves)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Cumin (1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Lemon Juice (½ cup)
- Water (1 cup)
Falafel
- Chickpeas, boiled (2 cups)
- Sweet Potato, boiled (1 cup)
- Coriander (1 cup)
- Onion (1 piece)
- Atta Flour (1 tablespoon)
- Cumin Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Coriander Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Paprika Powder (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
Flatbread
- Atta Flour (1 cup)
- Water (½ cup)
- Salt (½ teaspoon)
Method
- Place hummus ingredients into a food processor, process well and set aside.
- Place falafel ingredients into a food processor, process well and set aside.
- Place falafel mixture into a bowl. Form mixture into balls and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place coated balls onto a baking tray.
- Bake at 170˚C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Form dough with atta flour, salt and water. Divide into four and roll into balls.
- Roll the balls flat, then cook on a flat pan at low heat until both sides browned.
- Wrap fresh vegetables and falafels with the flatbread.
- Spread some hummus on top.

- 全麦面粉(1 杯)
- 水(½ 杯)
- 盐(½ 茶匙)
方法
- 将鹰嘴豆泥材料放入食物加工器,搅拌均匀,备用。
- 将烤豆丸子材料放入食物加工器,搅拌均匀,备用。
- 将烤豆丸子混合物倒入碗里。将混合物弄成球状,沾上面包碎。
- 将沾好的球放在烤盘上。
- 以170度烤20分钟至金黄色。
- 将全麦面粉,盐和水揉成面团。分成4份,弄成球状。
- 将球弄扁,然后以小火煮至两面金黄色。
- 用扁面包包烤豆丸子和鲜菜。
- 涂上一些鹰嘴豆泥。
