A nutrient-rich loaf, with walnuts and raisins to add variety to the mouthfeel. Try it as it is to get a taste of its natural sweetness (toasting it brings out the sweetness even more). Or better still, eat it as a peanut butter-banana sandwich. Yum!

Ingredients:

Whole-wheat flour, wholemeal atta flour, water, raisins, brown sugar, walnuts, olive oil, instant dry yeast, gluten flour, wheat germ, Himalayan rock salt.
