Radiant Wholefood baking powder contains NO aluminum! Most baking powders contain sodium aluminum sulfate, a form of aluminum and it has a bitter taste too. Aluminum is said to be dangerous to health and Alzheimer's patients have abnormally high levels of aluminum in their brains.
Mix all your dry ingredients together, then add your wet ingredients at the end. Don't stir your batter more than necessary after adding the water. Further mixing will have a tendency to stir out some of the forming carbon dioxide bubbles created between the baking powder and the water in your batter.

- Sodium bicarbonate
- Cornstarch (made from non-generically modified cornstarch)
How To Use:
Can be used for normal baking, and our baking powder is equal to double-acting baking powders and is fast-acting. Two-thirds of the reaction takes place in your mixing bowl. The other one-third takes place in the oven.
Storage Condition: Store in a cool dry place. Keep refrigerated once opened
